IntelliVo Solutions (“we”, “us”) builds websites, lead tools and business assistants for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers intellivosolutions.com, our client portal, and the text messages we send.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, and anything you type into our forms, client portal or chat.
• Public business information: details your business already shows publicly, such as your Google business listing (name, services, hours, photos and reviews), which we use to build your website.
• Information from your customers: when your customers use the website or assistant we run for you, we collect what they share (like their name, phone number and what they need) and pass it to you as a lead.
• Basic usage information: such as browser type and pages visited, so we can keep the service working and secure.

How we use information

• To build, run and improve your website, portal and assistant.
• To contact you about the service you asked about or signed up for.
• To send sign-in codes, new lead alerts, account updates and support replies.
• To bill for our service and keep it safe from misuse.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you sign-in codes, new lead alerts, links to preview your website, and account and service updates. Message frequency varies. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We only share phone numbers with the service providers that deliver our messages (for example, our texting provider), and only so they can send the messages you asked for.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the service (such as hosting, database, texting, payments and voice providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
• With the business you contacted, when you send a request through a website we run for them.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal and billing requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Email hello@intellivosolutions.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
